Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your subscription. Because we offer a free tier that gives you full access to evaluate the platform before purchasing, we follow a straightforward refund policy.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. If you contact us within 14 days of your annual renewal and have not made significant use of the platform during that time, we will issue a full refund.
Accidental Renewals
If your subscription renewed and you believe it was unintentional, contact us within 5 business days at support@pathful.com and we will review your account on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Reach out to our support team at support@pathful.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
