Yes. Free includes most counselor tools and a generous monthly AI allowance, with no time limit. Your data is securely stored and backed up for you, for as long as your account is active.
It depends on your plan. Free/Pro account data is retained for as long as your account is active. For Pro, that means having an active subscription. For Free, that means having logged in within the last three months. Enterprise retains your data for the full length of your contract term. Of course, with any plan you are in complete control. You can export your data and delete individual records or delete the account.
Pro gives you access to Pathful Forms for sending documents for signature. Pro also includes access to NCC/NCSC certification tracking and sign off of supervised and worked hours through Pathful Forms. Access to our continuing education vault. Never get caught without your CE data and artifacts being audit ready. Plus a much higher monthly AI allowance.
Never. Your data is yours. We don't use it to train models, and your tracking data is encrypted so we can't access it in the first place.
Enterprise is included with a Pathful site license and billed as part of your platform fee. District-wide tracking and reporting come standard — no separate per-counselor charge.
Anytime. If you downgrade to Free, you lose access to all Pro features. You should export your certification and CE tracking data before downgrading.
